Healthy Bisbarex আমাদের customers-এর জন্য পরিষ্কার ও সহজ Return & Refund process বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। এই policy-তে কোন পরিস্থিতিতে product return করা যাবে, কীভাবে return request করতে হবে এবং refund কীভাবে processed হবে তা বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ করা হলো।
1. Return Policy
নিচের পরিস্থিতিতে customer product return বা replacement-এর জন্য request করতে পারবেন:
ভুল product delivered হলে
অর্ডার করা product-এর পরিবর্তে অন্য product delivered হলে
Product delivery-এর সময় visibly damaged বা leaked অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে
Return Request-এর সময়সীমা
Product গ্রহণ করার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে return বা replacement request করতে হবে।
সমস্যাটি যাচাই করার জন্য প্রয়োজন হলে customer-এর কাছ থেকে product-এর ছবি, ভিডিও, order information অথবা অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য চাওয়া হতে পারে।
2. Return-এর জন্য Product-এর শর্ত
Return বা replacement-এর ক্ষেত্রে, যেখানে প্রযোজ্য, product:
Original packaging-সহ থাকতে হবে
Customer-এর দ্বারা অস্বাভাবিকভাবে damaged হওয়া যাবে না
Intentional misuse বা improper handling-এর কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া যাবে না
তবে product delivery-এর সময় damaged বা defective অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে বিষয়টি case-by-case basis-এ যাচাই করা হবে।
3. Replacement Policy
যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল product পাঠানো হয়ে থাকে অথবা delivery-এর সময় product damaged/leaked অবস্থায় পৌঁছে থাকে, verification সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর applicable ক্ষেত্রে replacement দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করা হতে পারে।
Replacement সম্ভব না হলে, applicable ক্ষেত্রে refund process করা হতে পারে।
4. Refund Policy
Return request approved হওয়ার পর refund process শুরু করা হবে।
Refund সাধারণত নিম্নলিখিত মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হতে পারে:

Bank Transfer, যদি applicable হয়
Refund processing-এর সময় payment method, verification এবং banking/mobile financial service provider-এর processing time-এর ওপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।
সাধারণত approved refund ৫–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে processed করার চেষ্টা করা হবে।
5. Delivery Charge এবং Return Cost
ভুল product delivery অথবা delivery-এর সময় product damaged/leaked হওয়ার মতো ক্ষেত্রে return বা replacement-এর প্রয়োজন হলে return-related delivery cost কীভাবে handled হবে তা case অনুযায়ী customer support-এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
Customer-এর ভুল information, incorrect address অথবা customer-side issue-এর কারণে return হলে applicable delivery/return cost customer-এর ওপর প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations
নিচের পরিস্থিতিতে return বা refund প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে:
Customer-এর দেওয়া ভুল নাম, ফোন নম্বর বা delivery address-এর কারণে delivery unsuccessful হলে
নির্ধারিত ৭ দিনের পর return request করা হলে
Customer-এর improper handling বা misuse-এর কারণে product damaged হলে
Product-এর packaging বা condition customer-এর ব্যবহারের কারণে উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে পরিবর্তিত হলে
এমন কোনো পরিস্থিতি যেখানে return/refund-এর জন্য প্রযোজ্য শর্ত পূরণ হয়নি
তবে প্রতিটি genuine complaint যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে যাচাই করা হবে।
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
Return বা refund request করার জন্য আমাদের Customer Support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Request করার সময় নিচের information প্রদান করলে process দ্রুত সম্পন্ন করতে সুবিধা হবে:
Customer-এর নাম
Order-এর mobile number
Order details
সমস্যার সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ
প্রয়োজন হলে product-এর ছবি বা ভিডিও
আমাদের support team প্রয়োজনীয় information যাচাই করার পর পরবর্তী steps জানাবে।
8. Order Cancellation
Order delivery process শুরু হওয়ার আগে cancellation request গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে, যদি applicable হয়।
Order already dispatched বা delivery process-এ চলে গেলে cancellation-এর ক্ষেত্রে applicable delivery/return conditions প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Cancellation request-এর জন্য যত দ্রুত সম্ভব Customer Support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
9. Product-Related Concerns
Healthy Bisbarex একটি natural food supplement product।
Product-এর ব্যবহার, suitability অথবা কোনো health-related concern সম্পর্কে ব্যক্তিগত medical advice প্রয়োজন হলে একজন qualified healthcare professional-এর পরামর্শ নেওয়া উচিত।
Return বা refund eligibility নির্ধারণ করার সময় product-এর health-related outcome বা ব্যক্তিগত expectation-এর পরিবর্তে এই Return & Refund Policy-তে উল্লেখিত product condition, delivery issue এবং applicable return conditions বিবেচনা করা হবে।
10. Policy Changes
Healthy Bisbarex প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Return & Refund Policy update বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
কোনো পরিবর্তন করা হলে updated version এই page-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Effective Date পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
